Responsible Gaming at da77
We believe every player in Bangladesh deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience. Our responsible gaming tools help you stay in control and play within your means.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At da77, we take responsible gaming seriously. While we offer exciting cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games to players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and the rest of Bangladesh, we understand that gambling must always remain a form of entertainment — never a financial solution or a way to recover losses.
Our platform is built with player well-being at its core. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that give you full control over your activity on da77. Whether you need to set a spending cap, take a short break, or step away entirely, we make it simple and immediate.
Gambling should be fun. If you ever feel that your gambling habits are affecting your finances, relationships, mental health, or day-to-day life, please use the tools and resources on this page immediately. Our support team is available around the clock to help players across Bangladesh.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. The signs are not always obvious, but knowing what to look for is the first step toward getting help.
Self-Check: If you answer yes to two or more of the following statements, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team or use one of our responsible gaming tools.
- You spend more time or money gambling than you originally planned.
- You gamble to escape stress, boredom, or emotional pain.
- You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down or stop gambling.
- You borrow money or sell belongings to fund gambling sessions.
- You hide your gambling activity from family members or close friends.
- You chase losses — continuing to bet in an attempt to win back money you have lost.
Recognising these patterns is not a sign of weakness. It takes courage to acknowledge a problem. da77 is here to support you every step of the way, whether you are a player in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Barisal, or Cox's Bazar.

[email protected]Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about responsible gaming at da77.
da77 strictly requires all players to be aged 21 or older. We apply age verification checks during registration and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
Log in to da77, go to your Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there, choose Deposit Limits and enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap. The limit is applied instantly and cannot be increased for 24 hours after it is set.
Once you activate self-exclusion on da77, your account is locked for the chosen period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. You will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place bets during this time. All pending withdrawals will be processed and paid out. Reactivation is only possible after the exclusion period ends and requires a formal request to our support team.
Yes. The Time-Out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. This is shorter than self-exclusion and is ideal if you feel you just need a temporary step back. During a time-out, your account is suspended but not permanently closed.
